What Our Values Look Like on the Day

Values only count if you can feel them when the technician turns up. Here is what you can hold us to on every appliance repair in Dubai.

Clear opening hours

We work daily from 7 AM to 8 PM and are closed on Fridays. When you call within those hours, you reach someone who can book the visit.

Same-day service

Book before 12:00 noon and, in most cases, a technician will be with you the same day. Later bookings are scheduled at the earliest available slot.

Price agreed first

Inspection and repair work start from AED 150. The final price depends on the parts and work involved, and it is agreed with you before anything begins.

Most repairs within the hour

The majority of jobs are diagnosed and completed on-site in a single visit of under an hour, so your day isn’t lost waiting around.

One-month warranty

Every repair carries one month of cover on both parts and labour. If the same fault comes back within that month, we return and fix it free.

You know who is coming

We send you the technician’s name and mobile number before the visit, and he calls you ahead of arrival. No unannounced knocks at your door.
